Vitally Pro delivers to eligible addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.

Order fulfillment and tracking

We work with our own manufacturing network and carefully selected international suppliers. Depending on product availability, orders may be fulfilled from a domestic or international facility.

During the first few days after shipment, tracking updates may not be immediately available while the package is moving between facilities or being transferred to the final-mile carrier. Tracking information will appear as soon as the package is scanned by SpeedX, GOFO, USPS, CNE Express, or another logistics partner. You will receive tracking information by email after shipment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day.

• Free Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery time from order placement: 6–9 business days. Free.
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery time from order placement: 4–6 business days. $9.99.

Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping charges

All shipping charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before payment. Vitally Pro will not ask customers to pay undisclosed shipping or import charges.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
