Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

Products should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. We accept eligible returns for defective and non-defective products. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

How to request a return

Email contact@vitallypro.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and photos or videos when relevant. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending a product.

Return costs and fees

Vitally Pro does not charge any restocking fees. For approved eligible returns, Vitally Pro provides a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer. The authorized return address and shipping instructions will be included on the label. Please do not send the product before receiving authorization.

Approved returns include a refund of the product price and any original shipping charges, including Express Shipping.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider typically needs 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Availability of a replacement depends on current stock.

Limited Warranty

Vitally Pro offers a 3-month or 1-year limited warranty, depending on the product and the warranty option selected at the time of purchase. The applicable warranty period and any related cost are clearly displayed before payment and recorded with the order.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquids, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, loss, or theft.

To request warranty assistance, email contact@vitallypro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos when relevant. The product may need to be evaluated to confirm warranty eligibility.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
