Customers may request a refund by following the steps below:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Upon request from our customer service team, the customer may be required to provide photos of the product.

  • Once the refund request is approved, the customer will receive detailed instructions regarding packaging and return shipment.

  • Please note that return shipping costs (reverse logistics) are the responsibility of the customer in cases of return or exchange.


2. Estimated Timeframes for Each Step of the Refund Process

2.1. Review of the refund request

The refund request will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of submission.

2.2. Notification of approval or rejection

The customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund request within 7 business days after the review is completed.

2.3. Return of the product

The product must be shipped for return or exchange within 7 calendar days after refund approval.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in the loss of eligibility for return or exchange.

2.4. Inspection of the returned product

The inspection of the returned product will be completed within 7 business days after receipt.

3.2. Timeframe for financial reimbursement

The time required for the refunded amount to be credited depends on the original payment method and may vary:

  • PIX and bank transfer: up to 7 business days

  • Credit card: up to 90 calendar days (depending on the card issuer)


4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If this is not possible, the customer will be informed of available alternative refund methods.
